He uploaded that on July 29th. It's September 23'rd, rapidshare files last as long as there are downloaders. I'm guessing since no one outside this forum would know about this(unless Jakko posted this link on other sites) that the demand to download it has gone down to practically zero dl'ers, that rapidshare just deleted it from their network, or Jakko deleted it. Either way, it's no longer there. And to qoute from rapidshare's FAQ:

Fucking-Manga is back. They just released v19 c165 and the quality is as good as ever. Woot!! The crapscan makes do, but there is nothing like downloading an HQ scanlation of your favourite manga.

What's not to understand? Fucking-Manga is a group that scanlates Eyeshield 21 after Ya-Ha, Akatsuki Manga and Akatsuki/Manga City. They stopped scanlating ES21 after ch164 and only recently resume scanlating.

will the chapters be replaced by hi-quality ones later?
