Eyesheild Anime?

anyone watch the eyeshield anime, i dont read the manga but i probably will start once the show ends, i can say that if the manga is half as good as the show it will be something to remember forever, i dont even like football but i love this shiz. Welcome to the World of the Speed of Light!!!

The series is alright for me its download worthy.

manga is so much better than the anime, all the characterization is in the manga..plus anime has lame fillers

Yea anime is really worth watching, however the pace of the show has slowed down and the (horrid) fillers have increased drastically.

I just started reading the manga (Around ch 99) and it strikes me as even better.

the animation of the anime is so bad that it isnt even worth it most of the time. It kills the mood when someone is trying to say something serious and people in the frame have oddly shaped heads, for example

The anime is pretty cool. I agree about the fillers, but its interesting to watch after reading the manga

The anime is alright and it follows the manga to some extent. I'm just not a big fan of the artwork (it's not bad, but it's not great either) ... the only time when I thought the artwork was exquisite was during that episode where Sena decides to stay in America to train and steps up to call out his position. For some reason, the artwork for Sena during that small time interval was drawn to perfection.

The anime's music (op/ed/ost) is pretty cool. I liked the first episode's animation, but it got kinda dull after that. I agree with Newbie, that was some excellent artwork during that scene. When the anime isn't airring fillers, there are only minor differences between the anime/manga.

Well, I was really bored so what the heck, let's try this anime. What was it called again, o yea, Eyeshield 21! (While Downloading) Pssh, probably some lame boring anime.

Yea i started off like that but after i saw a couple of episodes, i really really liked it!! Itz soooo good! plus it is humourous.
People who like a good anime with fast running action and football especially, try this anime!!!!
