Site Update: 08/03/09

Wow it has been a while since my last news post. Updates have still been posted. This past week I have been collecting new manga series for you all.

The last few days we have also been testing upload scripts so people can help us with updates if they choose to. A few modifications will be made to our download scripts tomorrow.

Naruto 457 has just been posted. In case you did not realize where I have been. I have been moving us to our new machines this past week. I know a lot of people have been upset with the 30Kb/s speeds but now that we are on our new host you should have much faster downloads.

I also updated our donation counter, please make sure to donate and post about us on your Facebook/Twitter/MySpace accounts.

We have released another manga update. We are not uploading the latest_downloads manga though until we complete our server move. We will be clearing the latest_downloads within the next manga update or two (2-4 days) as the manga is too much for us to move to our new machines.

I am also sorry for taking the mirrors offline but we are running out of time to move all our manga and so far things are not going well with our new machines.

I will have another updated posted on things tomorrow.

We finally have our new machines online. I am currently working on moving data to our new machines right now. Once this is done our speeds will be much faster than the 30Kb/s many of you are getting now.

New naruto along with a few updates were posted this morning. I took a break from collecting manga today. In the past few days though I collected 7.5GB of new manga. Our last update earlier this month was 16GB. I plan on collecting more manga tomorrow.

I am also aware of the speed issues. I have found a few possible servers we might be able to move to and I should figure out what I am doing in the next few days.

We have just added over 171 new manga series everyone! This was a huge 15GB+ manga update that took us a week to get together.

In the next few days I am going to work on our next manga update, though I am going to go a little slower as spending all day collecting manga is a real pain.

Tonight we updated our older manga series and latest downloads.

I fixed an issue with the Anime downloads so you no longer get an error downloading. We also cleared older anime downloads due to a lack of downloads.

Tomorrow I will begin collecting more Manga series.

We are not always going to post news about download updates though. We have started collecting new manga series. Today alone 6GB in new series were collected. I will continue downloading new series over the next week.
