Don't know where you can find downloads for those other then mirc, torrent, etc. You can find a nice full page reader for psychic academy at http://www.mangavision.org/?page=mangascan . The sites in french but scans in english, under series complete in shojo.
Battle Angel Allita reader can be found at http://groups.msn.com/mangaforce but the scans are somewhat small.

You'd have better luck going out and buying Jing. Scan for Jing are FUCKING IMPOSSIBLE to find with all those shitty sites out there. Just a piece of advice.

yah i know, ive read the entire series in the book store, but i can't buy anything, its not that i don't have money, its just that my parents won't let me buy ANYTHING. which really pisses me off when i wanna get some damn food........ living with parents sucks ass. but at least theres no bills to pay. anyways i want these mangas in digital format, so i can read em whenever i want.
