Nope, they're up sorta, but they only have from Vol 40 on their servers.

I've emailed the administrator of this site telling him/her I can supply this site with all the chapters Snoopy has translated for this series. I'm still awaiting an answer on this issue and if the admin wants chapters 1 to 186 of Naruto + specials.

Ok I've sent in the Hajime no Ippo chapters 1 and 2 so far to the admin. It'll be up to them to post the chapters for everyone.

I've already gotten one PM asking me to send someone the chapters for HnI. I'm not going to do so since I don't want to cater to everyone's needs on a individual basis.
