i do not remember the name of this manga

i start reading it maybe a year and a half ago, and i'm pretty sure i got it off of this site but now i'm not so sure.

some details are sketchy, but i remember the main plot revolving around a boy who had entered a girl's body. i believe she had died or was in a coma or something, and he died and his spirit entered her body, and he needed to get her back. i think she'd met a guy in heaven or something and was reluctant to return to her own body. it was sorta ecchi, and i've been trying to find it to no avail. i'll post more details if i can remember them, but if this sounds familiar to anybody please post as any help in finding this would be greatly appreciated.
