Thread: Tokyo University Story

I did a decent amount of searching and came up with nothing. I've been trying to find an adult manga done by the author of Golden Boy, Tatsuya Egawa. The name of the work is Tokyo Daigaku Monogatari, or Tokyo University Story in english. The book was quite well recieved, that a live action movie is in the works for this year. Any leads would be much appreciated.

I'm fairly sure no one has picked it up as a scanlation project yet. I like the mangaka, its a shame no one seems to be working on it.

shoyu or anyone else who knows about this title....i saw the name "tokyo university story" appear on animesuki. do u know if thats the anime or live series? and is it worth watching?

I have to agree with you Alexian, it seems the title completely escaped the eyes of any scanlators. Thanks for the OVA's DuoM, i saw them on tokyo toshokan a couple of weeks ago. Though they're not nearly on the same tier as the comic, it's still a fun watch. Slicksteven, the OVA's aren't exactly a masterpiece, I'd suggest waiting for the live action, the movie hits theaters Feb 25th, so the DVD should come out later on... I'd expect Echizen or J-TV Subs to probably pic it up.

Maybe when the live-action gets a good dose of exposure someone will start the manga.
