Hello, I would like to know where would I be able to download manga (and if possible) anime works of Naoki Urasawa's works like 20th Century Boys and Monster. I would like to add that since I'm an Indian, these works have not been licensed in my country - So this would still be legal, right? :wink:

Is there a torrent for the manga? Currently I am reading it at http://manga.yurikamome.info/ but it takes a while for each page to load. The suspense of waiting for the page to load is killing me lol.
Boxtorrents has it, though the site can be a bit unreliable at times.
