Tsukuyomi Moon Phase manga?
This has gotten truly tiresome; You hear of a good, interesting anime, you see it and when it finally gets to the last episode you are left with that "What, was that all? The story is still half way there, WHERE THE F**K IS THE REST OF IT!?!?" feeling. Then, after you have calmed down you get that awful suspicion in your gut; you visit AnimeNewsNetwork, go to the info concerning that anime and look under "Related anime". Your suspicion then becomes reality as you read those dreaded words:
"[ adapted from <<XXX>> (manga) ]"
You feel duped as you realize that once again you have fallen for the oldest trick in the anime industry’s book: An anime that came from a manga which is purposely left unfinished (or at least not truly finished) and the only way for you to know what comes next is for you to read the manga…
BULL!!! I’VE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS!!!
Whew, that was intense. I guess you all know what comes next: Can I find a scanlated / English scanned version of the manga and where?
All info concerning this would be greatly appreciated.

I welcome all input on this EXCEPT the ol’ “buy the manga from TokyoPop” line.
I live in Greece and such a purchase (even if I had the necessary funds) is simply out of the question. I cannot find it anywhere nor could I afford to import them from the other side of the globe.
