prettiest ive seen so far is Vampire Knight but the art is only part of what manga is. If there isnt a story, who cares how pretty it is.

What exactly do you mean by good drawing. I could give you an interesting list of books that I think have good drawings, and none would be the same. Unless they were drawn by the same guy ofcourse.

depends what kind of story u want and what kind of art you like. shoujo that have nice art are paradise kiss (just starting to scanlate but all 5 volume are out in stores, also nana by the same mangaka) and tsubasa chronicle resevoire by clamp

Vagabond, you will never find an manga with better drawings then Vagabond, ITs amazingly nice drawn even the got damn backgrounds are detailed to the max!
