Easy to say ... the admin blocked our irc port and the other ports as well ... only http is runningif people dont know irc, its their problem
everyone had to learn it at one point
And here the connection other than offices really slow, you just don't know the situation and judge the other won't learn ...

I hae mixed feelings over this:
- OMG you cant really be considering this,
- You are INSANE and CRAZY

That might take you close to a year to complete, id honestly think you need some help with that list from the Manga community at least, with all the updates etc.
I cant really help with downloading (dial up sucks) but I can provide you with uptodate links to the 3x3 Eyes Manga if youo pm/email me.
Man the things people do to help the Manga community - priceless - if you really complete this you should be hailed a hero.

Just today, the internet firewall in work blocked MegaUpload!!!!!!!!!!!
This happened just when the files I requested started to get uploaded.
I think I'm going to commit a suicide and get rid of this unlucky live.
