Lol. thelurker does have that series, but that's on another bot. (which I'll hopefully get to...eventually) The list that you see right now is only 1/3 of the entire directory.

Does the titles that aren't links mean that they aren't up yet, their broken, missing, or some other problem?

it means I haven't gotten them up yet.

There's about 3,000+ mangas on the list. Obviously, it's gonna take me a long, long time.
