Try reading the sticky thread at the top of this forum that says "Links for MANGA Download Sites". Remember, Announcements and Stickies are there for a reason.

I did and theres only one link for Flame of Recca in the Manga download topic and the site is down or something. And my request is not on the list of request that shouldn't be asked.

I wouldn't ask this unless I had a good reason to.

Wait a minute, the link seems to be down or something now. It seems I was never meant to see this manga.

Hmm...well, keep trying. I got the entire Flame of Recca from the mangatraders link just the other day. Yes, their server occasionally goes down, but it's usually up again after a couple of hours or so.
