I know Cowboy Bebop and Excel Saga have manga scans... I've found Cowboy bebop ones but never Excel Saga... although im told they were around way back when.
Havent looked for Lupin III ones.... Might or might not be out there...

Lupin is the one I really am looking for. It is my favorite, but I am too poor to afford the numerous volumes.
