you're right. wrong section. probably should've belonged in the feedback or help section (i'm not sure which). When it says "download requests" it means "i'm looking for x manga, and i want help finding it." It DOES NOT mean "I want to request manga to be hosted on ST"

plus, i'm pretty sure those are the latests releases of that series.
