Does anyone know where I can find this manga?

I've looked at over 10 sites, including this one, and haven't been able to find it.

It was released in 1989.

As far as I can tell, no one has scanlated it. (Josei in general is underserved by scanlators, and this is not only over 20 years old but an award-winning work, making it doubly suspect.)

Yeah, that's what surprised me.
Maybe, one day, a group will get it done.

Same thing happened with 'Outlaw Star'.
The anime was of decent popularity, but the manga got dropped after only a few chapters.
