Hi, i'm new at this Forum so i hope you can help me.
I'm searching for similar Mangas like "Day of Revolution", "Yubisaki Milktea" and "Princess Princess". Generaly i search for Mangas and Anime where Boys have to or want to live as Girls. Storys about Transgenders or Transvestites are welcome.
Hope you can help me with you global Knowledge.

On the silly end -- as in even more silly than Day of Revolution, there's Kashimashi: Girl Meets Girl, where a boy is killed by a crashing spaceship and revived by the aliens but accidentally revived as a girl, and she promptly enters a love triangle with other girls. Anime and manga, which diverge about halfway through so take your pick of endings.
On the realistic end, there's one of my favorite current manga series, Hourou Musuko (lit. "Transient Son"), about a boy and a girl who as they enter puberty realize they each want to be the other gender, and become friends through this. The series has followed them through three difficult, often awkward years of adolescence.
Are you strictly looking for boys-as-girls, or are girls-as-boys a la Power!/Girl Got Game or HanaKimi also on the table?
Isnt this type of genre called gender-bender?

The only other Manga i know with a theme like the others is just Ranma 1/2 but this is more fun than realistic romantic story.

Ah, Futaba-kun Change as well -- that was nicely silly, despite the ass-pull of an ending. It and both my recs above are available here on ST. As is Kimi to Himitsu no Hanazono, of which not much has been scanned yet, but it's of the silly (in this case, disguised as a girl to stay in the school dorms) sort.
Oh, and one I forgot -- W Juliet, of which only a little is available in English scans because it's licensed. Disguise as girl in high school for family reasons.
