Thread: Forgot the Name PLEASE HELP!!!

I forgot the name of a manga a started reading about a year ago and I would greatly apreciate any help in finding it.

The plot: The world is being controlled by people who can use magic . These people have some black powder that runs through their veins whith which they can preforn said magic.

The main character is a guy who has lost his memmory and whos head has been transformed into an a crocodile head. he goes and hunts the person responsible for this (I think he's imune to magic or sth.... He puts his victims heads into his mouth and then there is a guy inside who tells him if it's the right guy or not.
The main bad guy is a weird masked magician who likes mushrooms and has two guys as helpers. One has a mask in the shape of a heart and the other I don't remember.....

The crocodile man has a girlfriend who knows some marshall arts that assists him in his hunt (she is also a magician but hides this fact from the protagonist).

The artwork is rather sketchy.

Oh man... you're looking for Dorohedoro, the best manga ever made.
Usually people look for crappy shonens in forgot-the-name topics, but something told me to click this time.

And the "main bad guy"? I don't think Kaiman is any less "bad" than him.
But it's a world populated with ruthless people to begin with.

Well with bad guy I just meant something like the boss of the wizards but you are right everyone is kinda an asshole in that world.
