Ok im new here so I dont know if it's been requested before, so feel free to delete this post if ever it has been.

Im looking for the Dragonball manga the whole 42 volume enchilada. I started to get an interest in manga through the Dragonball anime, but when I was purely into Manga now I just decided not to dl Dragonball thinking that it was just fighting without much substance. Years later I am now wondering why I thought this way without even really reading it first. So i Thought maybe I should read it first. Can any of you guys help me? Yup im a long winded poster.

Just a warning though, the quality was.... mediocre at best.

does the "dragonball" manga encompass "dragonball z"?
someone told me it didn't.
i get so confused sometimes...

From what I gathered, the original Dragonball included the Z series and that the addition of the "Z" was just a US name.

Yes,yes it does, the "dragon ball" series is 42 volumes long including the American dragonball(first 16 vol,) and the American Dragon Ball Z (last 26 vols)
