Hmm... the only one that comes to mind is Over Rev, although there are racing scenes also in Gunsmith Cats, You're Under Arrest and even certain parts of Ah My Goddess (but these are far overshadowed by other elements in the story).

Yeah Overrev is the shit. Wangan Midnight is good too. Haven't read it, but there's also Over Drive. Its cycling though.

That's pretty similar to Initial D,
but most of the characters are female.

But since it's already lincensed in my area,
I have to rely on bookstore to read it.
