Default Big Dumb Ecchi - but not too dumb

I'm looking for something to read in the genre I call Big Dumb Ecchi -- things like Ranma 1/2, Air Gear, Boku no Futatsu no Tsubasa, Kirara, Hatsukoi Limited, and Otogi no Machi no Rena. Doesn't have to be seinen or older shounen, though most of them are -- Usasa no Midori-kun also counts, for all that it's shoujo. OTOH, Transistor Venus is not BDH, even though I love it, because it's not dumb enough. Similarly, Mx0 isn't ecchi enough, and Shinobi no Onna (and most other works by Kayono) isn't big enough. Being pervy is not a problem, and probably unavoidable -- and indeed genderbending and other kinds of genderfuck are a plus, though not required.

But here's the thing -- I'm picky. A BDH series has to be dumb enough to read with my brain turned off but not so dumb that I get bored, or worse, insulted. Of those mentioned above, I stuck with Air Gear for 5 volumes before giving up and with Otogi no Machi no Rena for 1, although the premise of that was otherwise promising. My Balls? -- 6 chapters. Tenju Tenge? -- didn't finish chapter 3. Both otherwise fit in the genre, but they don't pass my pickiness test. Get me something as shear fun as Ranma 1/2, though, and you'll have my enternal thanks.

For calibration, the last three BDH series I've started and stuck with are Change 123, Beach Stars, and Mikarun X (also known by its Chinese title Huge Boob Army -- does it get any more BDH than that?). If Cynthia the Mission counts (dubious), there's also that. So can anyone point me to something as Big and Dumb (but not too dumb) and Ecchi as these?

Is someone using pseudos account? Did someone find out his pw?

I also absolutly couldnt believe it that "the" pseudorandom opened a thread like this^^

You shatter my worldview. You were like the epitome of a sophisticated reader. The last great hero of Stoptazmo.

    well as for the question:
you allready seem to know all i know, but
does Gacha Gacha Secret or Yuria 100 Shiki count?

it is quite stupid ecchi, but i somehow read all of it. i would put it one the same level as Otogi no Machi no Rena and My Balls

Nah, pseudo's always had this side to him... remember, he's also a writer for erotic fiction.

Anyway, Sekirei? May be pushing the "dumb" side a little too much, but it's the closest thing I can think of. Likewise, AIKI. Gacha Gacha was pretty fun. Girls Saurus is enjoyable, but may get old after a while. There's also this new one called Oniichan Control which has a fairly interesting setup.

Manga Genre Focus: Romance, Comedy, Slice-of-life. Primarily shounen, then seinen and shoujo.

Someone has a long memory -- I'd forgotten I'd outed that. It's an okay living, though I'm writing more YA than erotica these days.

Lessee -- Gakuen Heaven does fit, but read it a while ago; ditto Gacha Gacha (which I didn't finish). I tried Yuria 100 Shiki once but I don't remember why I stopped -- will try again. Girls Saurus does get old, and rather quickly, as does Aiki.

Glass no Megami sounds perfect, even if it's on the short side. If Sekirei isn't too dumb, it also looks like a possibility. And Oniichan Control sounds interesting. Thanks all.

Ohh i forgot. try Nana to Kaoru.

it's about a girl whos more and more getting into SM. its ecchi but it's not really that stupid, i would compare it with futari ecchi. it has some educational points for people interested in SM i guess^^

I bounced off that -- a little too pervy for me.

Since you list Hatsukoi Limited as one of them, I am surprised no one mention Ane Doki.
