Emma (seinen Victorian romance)
Kaichou wa Maid-sama (shoujo romance)
Hayate the Combat Butler [which also has some maids] (shounen comedy)

Kamen no Maid Guy... LOL! okay I really didn't like this one but my brother did xD
Hanaukyou Maid La verite (Harem anime) <- this one I recommend. If you like it try the OVA as well.
