^I'm currently following both. The story seems similar but Yandere Kanojo is only starting so I'm guessing its gonna deviate later on.
I know one thats similar but the girls isn't a main character so I guess it doesn't count. >.>

i also read both. but for me they not exactly the same.... yandere kanojo is a four koma manga (which the type i like the most) which mean full of gag (different type)... like for example houkago play (also 4 koma).. totally recommended
