^Usually I donīt care for such terms of manga "subspecies", but I really canīt read many manga labelled as shounen or shoujo any more...
They are just stupid cliché. But that one can be read by anyone who like this "different kind of view" stuff.
Dragon head looks like its worthed, thou am definitively checking out Biomega when they get to a decent amount of releases (Blame was great). Series like golden boy and excel saga i think they work best in anime and high if possible, if not well...
I allready read shin angyo, very good manwa with a pretty rushed ending.
Anyway if you have more please do recomend, its been a while since i wasnt looking for new titles.
PD: it's not as if am looking for "labeled" manga, but its easeir to say seinen than mid-long manga plot focused.

No joke -- Yotsuba&! runs in Dengeki Daioh, which is a shounen magazine targeted at teenage boys.
Yes, this makes me scratch my head almost as much as Aria/Aqua being shounen. Apparently the nostalgia for childhood isn't as much of a draw, to Yotsuba's fans, as the comedy.
Sanctuary- one of my favorites, about a politician+yakuza boss both helping each other to be the top in their world[in that I mean top in the political world as well as the underground world]
NHK ni Youkoso!- one of my favorite seinens, sorta twisted psychological manga but it's really good
Zetman- good, lots of action, interesting plot
Dragon Head- awesome psychological manga on kids in a apocalypse
Team Medical Dragon- medical manga but it's way crazier and good, the main char is also badass
D-ASH- good slice of life seinen about a boy chasing his dreams, some nice romance in there too
I have lots more, but this should keep you busy for a while =] I tryed to put different genres of seinen so you can enjoy them all and not get bored of just one[i.e. just action]
