Thread: Powerful or beast like auras....

Okay im crazy about any and all mangas that have those kick ass powerful beast like auras. Great examples would be anything that Oh Great has made. Tenjou Tenge and Air Gear are full of them, Shin Angyo Onshi has a lot of good ones, Samurai Deeper Kyo and HunterxHunter have their fair share as well. I guess if you guys could introduce me to any more manga that have those kick ass auras i would appreciate it.

Well, I first met them (as all too many did, I suspect) in Ranma 1/2.

Ranma huh.... I think ill give it a go, but this cant be the only one, please keep them coming.

The trouble is, you've already named all the main ones.

Hmm... Well, I suppose Tora Dora might count. Probably not exactly what you're looking for, but there is a girl there with a powerful tiger aura. Maybe Sumomo mo momomo (anime or manga) as well.

A josei* example: Barairo My Honey -- male lead has a tiger aura. I can't exactly recommend the series, as the romance plays alpha-jerk male/selfless female gender roles to the hilt, but you wanted more.

* Or maybe it's older shoujo, I can't remember.

Shonen Jump has a new manga called Toriko which has lots of beastly auras.

Actually, I'd recommend it regardless, as it's shaping up to be one of the long-running shonen/comedy manga in the vain of One Piece and Fairy Tail.
