Having sex in it doesn't make it mature.

If sex = maturity, then by all means, www.fakku.net is your friend. If it's not, I'll say Claymore and Berserk. I don't know if you mean Mature as in mature content or mature subject matter, but I'd say these cover both categories.

It occurs to me that for mature manga, you could do worse than work your way throughb the backlist of the scanlation group Kotonoha.

Golden Boy isn't bad at all.

But it keeps getting freakier by the chapter.
