manga recommendations (read if you bother:)

completely open for all reccomendations.
and will thoroughly (spelled correct?) check all suggestions.
So im stuck here in my dark room, chronicly sick, so the doctor says, ive been looking for a manga, checking out everything from akazukin to yotsuba&!, but i cant really find something that really keeps me reading for more..
it doesnt really have to be seinen, it can be naruto/bleach/onepiece-ish aswell, but i usually tend to enjoy the more brutal, well-thought out, good plot-development, sadistic or just purely entertaining "adult" mangas..
All responds are greatly appreciated, as i know there are many experienced manga readers here..

The other manga i've read are not worth mentioning or i just forgot to write them on my list. i'm a very lazy person so my manga list is very incomplete.

random mangas or your own preferances?

Kilico, Ryuguden, Parasyte, Eden, Island and Dorohedoro are all very good brutal, dark etc. manga.

For sheer "can't put it down"-ness Great Teacher Onizuka and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure are excellent.

These are most of the manga i read. i liked most of them. some more. some less.
some of them are dark, brutal and so on. some not (but you said you wanted everything worth reading between yotsuba and akazukin)

so, since you were asking for all kinds of manga you should at least take a look at most of them since most of them are worth reading.
