Both Fruits Basket and Kare Kano are complete in scans, as is the licensed Please Save My Earth.
Today is always the most enjoyable day. Just ask Yotsuba.

For that matter, both Marmalade Boy and Kodocha/Kodomo no Omocha are complete in both scans and licensed (though good luck finding the latter -- T-pop's licenses lapsed and they're OP), and they're both available here. Gokinjo Monogatari, Paradise Kiss, and Mint na Bokura are also all complete in scans, the first of those here.
Today is always the most enjoyable day. Just ask Yotsuba.

Hmm. Just for the record, a good half of pulp_chicken's recommendations aren't shoujo. They're good (pretty much), but outside the parameters.

Grants to you, but she asked for good drama mangas too.

And mangas like Ethernal Sabbath, Ichigo and Orange Road have very well bishounen elements (aka cute boys)

I don't like the style they used for eternal sabbath but nice story nonetheless. i don't think she asked for recommendations for bishounens though. In my opinion shjou series with unexpected twists are awesome especally if they have good endings. I can barely notice bishounens because they all look alike...(almost always like Kazuma in Kaze No Stigma) Oh also try the title "It's Not Like That Darling" it has a unique storyline and interesting characters. The drawing style's good too
