Thread: Matsumoto Taiyo No.5

I have had no luck in finding for translated scans of No.5 Manga by Matsumoto Taiyo. I use to have 2 of the 5? volumes but Viz stopped translating these after the release of the 2nd volume. I love the story and art. I even bought the original Japanese volumes but obviously I have no luck in reading it.

Could someone help upload these or know of a website I can get a hold of this? I hope it can be uploaded on stoptazmo as I love this site.

thought I would second this request. I found the volumes in french (amazon.fr) so that is a bit easier to attempt to read than japanes, but I would love to have all 8 volumes in English! if anyone out there has them scanned that would be wonderful!
keeping my fingers crossed.

Do either of you (or anybody else) have scans of the Japanese or French versions? Getting those out there would probably help in getting them translated (if I could get a hold of a copy the French ones, I could take a stab at it)...

I got 3-8 in French (which I think I should have an easier time with than Japanese) but I haven't had time to get them scanned yet and start working on the translation. I've got another person helping with the French translating, but if anyone else wants to give a hand, just let me know.

I've been dragging a bit on the scans, but I'm just about to be jobless, so that'll be a good project for the long work-free days...
Do you know French? If so, as soon as I get them scanned, I can send a volume for translation help.

I'm not fluent in french but i do know a bit plus i know spanish so i can get the general idea and i will have my cousin who is fluent in french do the revision/translation check just to make sure i got everything right.

also i don't mind helping with the scan presentation fixing, like erasing the words from the word bubbles etc.
