If you like Ai Yori Aoshi the mangaka has a new series Umi no Misaki. Only the 1st volume is translated so far and there isn't too much ecchi there but the art is fantastic.

Search for the translator Solaris-SVU.

Hanaukyo Maids: A poor orphan who found out that his grandfather is a very very rich man with weird hobbies. He left him a mansion full of maids. yes its a harem manga full of ecchi scenes

Futaba change: A guy who changes into a girl. no not with hot water but whenever his emotions are up. It's no Ranma 1/2 but its okay.
