Thread: Looking for a manga

I am kinda new here and don't really know if this is the right place to ask but I am looking for a certain manga. It is about a man who is dying and decided to take a homeless girl off the street and provide a life for her if she is willing to die from his disease. I think it is a really short one-shot, maybe 3 chapters or something like that. I read it a long time ago and really wanted to read it again.
