Suggestions for Romance manga in the spirit of II's

Yeah like the title said. looking for something like I's or Love Hina (with a little more realism. Though I can forgo that). Something in which the characters are mostly 18/19+ or at the uni 'stage.'

I was reading Pastel and I noticed that I couldn't help but think it was a bit...childish is not the right word, but something close to it. I remember reading I's once and though it got a bit emo (as in, it made me feel bad XD) I enjoyed it. And Love Hina was my first manga period. So I am looking for something along those lines. Not so much teenage love. I am not looking for Hentai, but something a little more...adult. Mature really.

Any suggestions?

Living Game, perhaps? Fails on the harem aspect, but wins on the realism and adulthood plot.

Still didn't get around to Living game yet, but I have free time tmw. I have read Maison Ikkoku, it was pleasant. It wasn't great, but I liked it and time well spent. Rec and Yume De Aetara, if they are like MI and better, that should be good. Thing about Living game is it sounds like 'Guy adopts girl' thing cause she is 15. I don't wanna think about the other possibilities XD

Edit: Wow, REC and Yume sound good too. Sure its skips the Uni stage I might be looking for but it is probably what I want =D

University romances are hard to find -- I'm always pleasantly surprised when I do. Most of them are shoujo, though, so I'm not sure whether they're what you're looking for. (One, Venus in Love, is even licensed, to my amused amazement.)
