Default Anime With Well Choreographed Fights?

Hey I'm looking for an Action/Adventure Anime with some really good fight sequences... I'd prefer more 'realistic' series but i wont complain if i get some recomendations for more fantasy based series as long as they have interesting fights.

Edit: I should probably add a list of Animes I've watched that fall in the lines of what i'm looking for

    Cowboy Bebop
    Samurai Champloo

    To A Lesser Extent...
    Bleach
    Naruto

for fantasy fights, i'd say Naruto is pretty good up to and including the chuunin exams. stop watching right after that.

Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo (same animators) have an ... interesting... style of fighting. check out one of them to see if it suits your taste.

^^ Yeah, it could be a good idea to write what you have seen Joey :b

Hmm, have you tried watching Tenjho Tenge? I think they pull it off to a decent degree.

Baccano! has some really great fight scenes and the animation rocks so check that one out. It felt a lot like Cowboy Bebop, but without all the space and shit. Very good, anyway.

Claymore and Basilisk, perhaps? I'm not entirely sure, since this isn't my specialty, but I've heard that those two have good (if rather bloody) fights. Both are fantasy-based, though (monsters and ninjas, respectively).

Manga Genre Focus: Romance, Comedy, Slice-of-life. Primarily shounen, then seinen and shoujo.

Hajime no Ippo. Heavily exagerrated boxing, and every round is more exciting than the last.

I'll also second Seirei no Moribito and Basilisk.

Maybe History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi. They use actual martial arts, but it could be a little exaggerated.
Also, like the first half of the Tenjou Tenge anime, but ht emanga is much better of course.

The final fight in part 1 was the best fight!
