[REQ] Blue Dragon RalΩGrad - manga

I've been trying to find a scanlation of "Blue Dragon RalΩGrad" (aka Blue Dragon Ral Grado) for a while now. The series is complete, consisting of 29 chapters. I know Townl released a few chapters but their website hasn't been updated in a while. Any help finding the complete series would be great.
