It not existing is kind of misleading. Dragonball GT as a manga doesn't exist because Dragonball as a manga involves all the various incarnations of the anime. As for a site to get it... Dunno right now. Boxtorrents list it but I couldn't get to the link. www.mangadownload.net has it but requires a small donation to access it. Most torrent sites should have it though so just look a while.
