First of all, Baka-Updates is an ANIME site, not a manga site. For that, you want Manga-Updates.

Secondly, Manga-Updates doesn't host manga. It only gives information about the manga and who is scanlating it. You could check Manga-Updates to look for the scanlators, but you would not find actual manga there.
