does the manga have to be unlicensed in order for ppl to offer the manga? i've been looking for downloadable (free) files of hana ni nare and kare first love....the first one is by (i think) riko miyagi and the 2nd one is by miyasaka kaho....the first one is about a girl becoming a flower and the other one is about first love....everywhere i've looked, you have to pay and >.<;;; i'm still dependent on my parents so that sucks...so um....can someone answer my question plz???
