Hey does anyone know if volume 12 has been scanlated yet?If some do you know where I can get it, any help would be greatly appreciated.

That does not necessarily mean that it's been scanlated! I'm pretty sure that the group is scanning the Tokyopop volumes, so you'll have to wait until that is released.
