What is wrong with the manga on this site? Was there a problem with scanlation quality or the download itself?

Best example I can give you is download number 6 (actually 7 if you include 0) All I know for sure is I tried downloading it twice so far and each time it seemed like the scanlation was very blurry like watching a tv station with major static.
