...because I think recommendation threads are better off in the Misc. Series section.

The list you get when you search Mangaupdates for Shoujo + Shool Life + Completely Scanlated is a good start -- I recognize at least a dozen good ones, among them:

    Aishiteruze Baby
    Alice 19th
    Boys Kingdom
For Us Who Begin to Love
    Kare Kano
    Marmalade Boy
    Penguin Brothers
    The Day of Revolution

Don't know why Mint Na Bokura doesn't show up on the list, though.
Today is always the most enjoyable day. Just ask Yotsuba.

Penguin Brothers tells the story of Mishima Hina, an athletic, friendly girl who transfers to a new high school following her uncle. However, the students of the school she transfers into are almost all divided into two factions - White and Black - which fight each other daily. When Hina finds it strange and manages to cause trouble for both of the leaders of the White and Black factions, she has to face bullying from both sides. Fed up, she declares war on both of them, and decides to form a new Grey faction in order to destroy the fighting between Black and White. Besides this, the leader of the White faction seems to share a secret past with Hina - one that she herself seems to have forgotten. (5 volumes, complete)

Hiatari Ryoukou tells the story of Kishimoto Kasumi, a girl about to enter her new high school and staying at the dorms that her aunt runs. However, when she gets there, she finds that the dorms are full of boys, and actually gets caught in the bath by one of them - Takasugi Yuusaku. That puts them on a bad start immediately, but as the days go by, Kasumi starts to realise that Yuusaku is actually a very nice person, who goes all out to cheer for others and encourage them... even going so far as to join the baseball team and recruit everyone else in order to help them get into Koshien. Are there feelings simmering below the surface of Yuusaku and Kasumi's relationship? (3 bunko volumes, complete)

Hana Yori Dango is one of the most well-known and well-loved shoujo romance dramas of all time. Makino Tsukushi (whose name means 'weed' and who comes from a poor family) is trying to live a low-profile life at the super-elite high school for the rich Eitoku Academy. Ruling the students are the F4, four boys who are heirs of the most powerful companies, and who cause the whole school to start bullying anyone they don't like. When Tsukushi's friend gets on the bad side of the F4, she has no choice but to step in and divert the F4's attention (and bullying) towards herself. However, even while being bullied, Tsukushi falls in love with one of the F4, Hanazawa Rui. Worse still, Tsukushi's resistance and declaration of war against the F4 causes their leader, Doumyoji Tsukasa, to fall in love with her! What will happen to Tsukushi as she is dragged kicking and screaming from a low-profile life of a poor student into the high-level drama and intrigue of the world of the rich and famous? (36 volumes, complete)

Mekakushi no Kuni is about Otsuka Kanade, a girl who can see the future of the people she touches, and Naitou Arou, a boy who can see the past of the people he touches. When these two meet in high school, a natural attraction is formed because of their shared experiences as they try to understand and deal with their unique powers. (9 volumes, complete)

Hot Blooded Woman is a Korean shoujo manhwa about Kang Ha Ji, a sweet girl who grew up violent and who became the jjang ("boss" of a delinquent gang) in her school. However, a motorcycle accident and a mixup by a divine spirit causes her soul to enter the body of Aram Han, a sickly-weak but extremely beautiful and rich girl. Even despite her weak body, Ha Ji is determined to live out the life that she was used to, and her first step is to become the jjang of her new school by challenging the current jjang - which also happens to be Aram's fiance! (24 volumes, complete)

Imadoki is the story of Yamazaki Tanpopo, a bright and cheerful girl who transfers into a new high school in Tokyo and begins by crashing into a boy with her bicycle. As he happens to be holding a trowel, she decides to make friends with him since they share a mutual interest in gardening. However, the next day, she finds out that the boy is Kugyou Kouki, the son of the school's sponsor, and who acts like cold-blooded prince towards her, refusing to recognise her. Irritated, Tanpopo gets up in front of the whole school and declares that she will break his mask and become friends with him. Slowly but surely, Tanpopo breaks through Kugyou's wall of defense, and they form the gardening club together, drawing other people into the club and becoming what Tanpopo always wanted - a garden of friends. (5 volumes, complete)

There. That'll do for now. I'll leave it to people like DE, devius and pseudorandom to fill out the rest, since they know more shoujo series than I do.

    -Dizzy-
Manga Genre Focus: Romance, Comedy, Slice-of-life. Primarily shounen, then seinen and shoujo.

Well, as for good series here - they're not all complete, but some aren't complete in Japan - just try them~

    (bold are complete series)
*A Thousand Years of Snow (has some highschool scenes)
    *Beauty Pop
    *Fruits Basket
    *Hot Gimmick
*Host Club (Ouran Koukou Host Club)
    *Lovely Complex (a recent favourite)
    *Shinshi Doumei Cross
    *Perfect Girl Evolution

(Nanaki? Oh, that's devious of me. It's got high school and it's a shoujo, but it's probably not what you want. =P)

As for the ones not available on this site...
    *Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne
*Milk Crown (and Milk Crown H, and Milk Crown Lovers - the sequels)
    *W Juliet

I don't know what's available at Mangarun, though.

There's more than a dozen completed series that the admins haven't gotten to bluing -- and Boys Kingdom is one of them.

Mangaupdates.com is a good site for tracking down the scanlators of series neither here nor at mangarun, and the originators often have completed series for download.
