I normally get my Unbalance x2 from valaerebeke's distro. It has everything up to the second latest chapter. The latest chapter is usually uploaded within one week from its release, though.

Go to mangatraders.com its got it uploaded on direct downloads usually within a day of the release.

The IRC its up to date and you can get the file the same day its released, the bot is amaru i think.

It will take you 5 minutes at most to download.
