www.mangaupdates.com was not much of help, it seems the sites of scanlating groups are already down (you will get the titles from that site).
If you learn/be able to use mIRC, then http://gotlurk.net/ has all the volumes.
I don't know about Evil Empire (http://www.the-evil-empire.net/) because they have their downloads section down for the moment, but you could check it later.

The series was licensed and it's illegal to distribute it now.
