Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex is one of the best english Dubbed animes.
Toonami Jetstream has Prince of Tennis, Naruto, MAR, and Hikaru no Go, all dubbed, for video streaming. Best thing is is that its actually legal XD
You can also look on youtube.
Although dubbed anime tends to be disgustingly horrible.
