Alright, in chinese it is 新暗行御史 .. i do not know how many can see it but these are the clues i manage to find so far. ^^

I am aware that there is a movie out for it on the 2004. i have only hear rumours there is anime for it. but i seriously cant find it. not even torrentspy can search for it. So i seriously hope someone here has links to it. Thanks ^^
