Does anyone know where to find these outside IRC.

In de past F-M would post DDL links on mangahelpers (after 24 hours), but it looks like they won't do that anymore.
DeimonHigh only has complete volumes by F-M and the other sites with ES21 manga I could find only have Shonen Jump scans for 163 & 164.
