I've searched everywhere for a direct download of rough other than here but can't seem to find any

I can't use IRC,eDonkey, or torrent cause my comp is behind a proxy so please upload the rest of rough cause i read on mangadowloads that they've finished it (VOL 12, the last vol is 12 right???)
