It's got nudity, sex, and stuff like that - it's considered smut (in other words, basically). I would not recommend it because the plot sucks, despite having Chinese mafia in it.

Essentially, it's shoujo H-manga, which almost always sucks because it wants to have some kind of romantic plot.
It's got the Triads because it's set in China - with Japanese people, for some reason. I didn't get far enough to see if the Russian mafia ever came in. Or the StopTazmo mafia. xD
(Some n00b said "mobs" instead of "mods" once... couldn't resist. You'll see a lot of those jokes now!)
