i dont think they have scanlated this manga...

They have scanslated up to volume 2 of Harlem Beat, it seems. However, it is a yaoi group that is doing the scanslation, and I am too grossed out to give you the sites name. Just use this site for help:

Well, since you obviously spent so much time and effort, to type in the words "Harlem Beat," into the search bar of the link I provided, you obviously found the site. So, you would know that you need to get on yahoo groups, or IRC, because the scanslator, in my opinion, is an ass, who likes yaoi, so that statement can be taken quite literally. So, get cracking learning how to use IRC, because yahoo groups are just annoying...

Soledad releases Harlem beat. Soledad is not related to Fushichou. They just share the site. A few months back, Soledad got mad at certain people and decide not to release their translation to the public. You won't even able to find it on IRC unless there's someone who serve on IRC without Soledad knowing. The only place you will find the releases are the Yahoo group which Soledad even take the link off the website.

By the way, don't be suprise if Harlem is a shoujo since Soledad translates both shoujo and yaoi.
