The manga or the anime?
Rurouni Kenshin manga is now licensed by Viz. The series will not be published in the US Shonen Jump, but Viz will publish it in the volume (tankoubon) format only.

If it's the manga you want, you could view it on-line at manga volume or just download all 28 volumes at mangaspot.
But once you conquer the world, then comes the hard part.
