Find a friend of legal age with a credit/debit card, give them $10, and have them pay for you. You might need to make it $12 or $13 to make it worth their while...

Stoptazmo was made to stop sites like Narutofan that take money for mangas. If you really wanted these, if you looked around hard enough I'm sure you'll find them.
